Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], January 23: Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO), a global community of visionary Jain entrepreneurs, professionals, and philanthropists, has concluded a remarkable year of impactful initiatives and groundbreaking events, setting the stage for an even more ambitious 2024. Driven by its core objectives of Economic empowerment, Seva and Knowledge, JITO has left an indelible mark on the world, fostering connections, empowering individuals, and transforming lives.

The past year saw JITO scale new heights with initiatives that resonated across India and the globe. The organization’s unwavering commitment to social impact was exemplified by the Ahimsa Run, a Guinness World Record-breaking event that promoted peace and non-violence with over 1.5 lakh participants across 82 locations including 22 international locations. The title was received for the highest number of pledges (70,728 pledges). This spirit of service extended to the launch of the JITO Education Assistance Program (JEAP) at the Jio Convention Centre, BKC, providing critical financial support to deserving students seeking higher education in India and abroad.

JITO’s dedication to its members’ success was evident in the grand JITO Connect event held in Jaipur, bringing together industry leaders and entrepreneurs for collaboration and growth. Additionally, the organization’s commitment to environmental sustainability was reaffirmed through the Amritkaal Mahotsav, a six-week celebration that saw over 1.5 lakh trees planted across India.

Sharing his thoughts, Mr. Sukhraj Nahar, Chairman, JITO Apex said, “JITO’s journey this year under Amritkaal Mahotsav has been a symphony of impact, echoing across startups, communities, and individuals. Witnessing 63,000 lives empowered through skills in a mere week fills me with immense pride, just as it does seeing the spark of entrepreneurship ignited with commitment to promising startups during JIIF Week. JITO’s commitment extends far beyond numbers; it’s about amplifying voices, bridging divides, and nurturing growth. From over 21,000 women finding their strength through our initiatives to the 5,900 acts of generosity during Blood Donation Week, it’s the everyday threads woven together that define who we are. These 2,500+ events stand as a testament to our collective spirit, each one a ripple of positive change. Stepping into 2024, we carry the torch of impact, driven by the unwavering purpose of building bridges, empowering lives, and transforming communities.”

With 2024 incoming, Ahimsa Run 2.0 gears up for a triumphant return on March 31st, aiming to eclipse its record-breaking predecessor and amplify its powerful message of peace and unity across the globe. On a grander stage, the JITO Dubai Summit unfolds on February 24th and 25th, bridging continents and cultures to foster cross-continental partnerships and ignite new business horizons.

The JITO Premier League promises a spectacle in March, where eight JITO zones battle for the coveted trophy. Meanwhile, JBN Milap and JBN 360 – the premier networking platforms – will offer invaluable opportunities for industry leaders and entrepreneurs to come together in January and March, igniting sparks of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

And closer to home, a brand-new initiative takes flight. The Zone Conventions bring JITO’s impactful initiatives and programs directly to members at the zonal level, ensuring that everyone feels the transformative power of our collective spirit.
